The experience gained throughout the campus is a branch of unlimited knowledge that will continue with graduates throughout their lives. Through the Credit Curriculum Course, one of the values ​​of soft skills applied is lifelong learning or Lifelong Learning. This is in line with the direction of the cultural components because the terminology of the culture or culture itself is closely related to the way of life, civilization, civilization, the advancement of the mind and the intellect. Lifelong learning elements can help individuals plan to achieve long -term success, as life is a long journey with many challenges. When students can understand the importance that the knowledge gained is very valuable and that the knowledge practiced will be better over time, they can be better prepared in life and take advantage of the knowledge that is explored not only on campus but also through the environment and association With society.

 

In the perception of most people, usually through cultural components, students do not have much exposure to knowledge except entertainment. However, that impression is inaccurate, because through the cultural component, the program is not limited to cultural performances alone. During the course of learning on campus, students will be given exposure in the preparation of proposal paper, meeting meeting, dealing with various organizations or agencies, financial management, program organization, presentation and even reporting. Whether it is through the nine -rare competition, compass, caklempong, theater workshop, singing concert, dance demonstration, traditional oral presentation, its main goal is for human capital development and self -esteem. As a result of involvement in co -curricular activities, it has been proven to enhance the confidence of students that can be utilized in various fields including management, administration, meetings, negotiations, finance, social, political and so on.

 

The concept of lifelong learning is in line with the norms of life and human existence itself. Through our daily lives, we will always learn or discover new or indirect knowledge. Sometimes the learning process occurs in community involvement, daily relaxing conversations, environmental observations and sharing with audiences. For individuals who have the ability to identify opportunities for knowledge, every time it will not be wasted. This is because, every space can open up new opportunities to enhance your self -esteem.

 

Although the results of the culture of knowledge are not suddenly visible, but its long -term impact on self -empowerment and personality is significant. This can be evidenced by the development of healthy social, communicating well, considerate and tolerant.

 

When students master and understand that formal and informal knowledge is very useful in today's life and in the future, they will always be thirsty for knowledge to improve themselves and renew existing skills. This attitude can put themselves forward because indirectly, they will be more competitive and always motivated in the more dynamic direction. This not only produces excellent individuals, but also glorious and holistic nations and countries.
