I-HOPE Data Analysis Report (2025)

The i-HOPE Index was developed to assess students' appreciation and application of soft skills throughout their studies at UPM, in line with the objectives outlined in the UPM Strategic Plan 2021–2025. The index also serves to identify opportunities for enhancing students' holistic development across various areas to contribute effectively to the nation's growth.

In 2024, a total of 4,861 UPM students participated in the i-HOPE survey conducted by the Centre for Co-Curriculum and Student Development (PKPP), achieving an overall score of 74.92. This achievement served as a catalyst for setting a new target for 2025, which was to obtain participation from at least 5,000 students across all faculties and residential colleges.
