7 May 2025 - The "AIPA Roadshow Goes to Malaysia" program organized by the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA) Secretariat was held at Wyndham Acmar Klang, Selangor. This program aims to strengthen cooperation between parliaments of ASEAN countries. Next, the program began with a welcome speech by Yang Berhormat Ar. Siti Rozaimeriyanty Dato' Haji Abdul Rahman, Secretary General of AIPA. Then, the program continued with a presentation by the AIPA Secretariat on the role, activities, and functions of AIPA as the only parliamentary organization associated with ASEAN.

In the next slot, the Exclusive Sharing Session, it became one of the main contents of the program, giving participants the opportunity to interact directly with very experienced panelists. This slot was guided by Assoc. Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Mursyid Arshad, Director of the Co-Curriculum and Student Development Center (PKPP) Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). This time the program featured great panelists such as YB Ar. Siti Rozaimiryanty Dato Haji Abdul Rahman (Secretary-General of AIPA), YB Mohd Najwan Bin Halimi (Selangor State Assemblyman - EXCO), and YB Vivian Wong Shir Yee (Sandakan Member of Parliament, Malaysia). Also present was YB Dato' Indera Mohd Shahar bin Abdullah, Member of Parliament for Paya Besar and Chairman of YPA. Through this interactive discussion, participants were exposed to expert views on ASEAN parliamentary cooperation.

This program successfully brought together parliamentary representatives and stakeholders from ASEAN countries to exchange views and share information directly. Through presentations and interactive sessions with panelists, participants gained in-depth insights into regional parliamentary cooperation initiatives, further strengthening their understanding of AIPA's role in strengthening relations between ASEAN countries.
