14 May 2025 - The Audit process of Student and Alumni Affairs Entities (HEPA) for the year 2025 was carried out smoothly at the Co-Curriculum and Student Development Centre (PKPP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). This audit began with an official opening session attended by the auditors led by Mr. Mohd Sahrizan Mat Yatim, as the Chief Auditor. Also present were Mrs. Noor Asneeda Mokhtar, Mrs. Nurul Atikah Yazik, and Mrs. Harnita Binti Abd Wahab as auditors directly involved in the implementation of the audit on the PKMPP. The PKMPP management team was also present in this opening session led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Mursyid Arshad, Director of the PKMPP, together with Ts. Dr. Rozzamri Ashari, Deputy Director of the Credited Co-Curriculum Section and Mr. Fahmi Azar Mistar, Deputy Director of the Student Administration and Development Section.

This audit is part of the university's ongoing efforts to ensure that governance, program management and implementation of activities under the HEPA entity are at the best level. The implementation of this audit also provides the CHMP with an opportunity to re-evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of existing policies and procedures and identify areas for future improvement. This effort is important in ensuring that management is in line with the university's aspirations for holistic student development.

The inspections carried out involve reviewing documentation, managing student activity records, and the effectiveness of program implementation based on annual planning. CHMP as one of the main entities under HEPA continues to be committed to supporting the development of students' character, leadership and potential through various co-curricular activities and community service programs that can educate UPM students from all aspects.
