17 May 2025 - The Community Program Official Event Management Workshop organized by the Co-Curriculum and Student Development Center (PKPP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) was successfully held at the Putra Hall, Co-Curriculum and Student Development Center. This program involved participation among student representatives of the Credited Co-Curriculum Course who are members of the Community Program Protocol Committee. This workshop was officiated by Ts. Dr. Rozzamri Ashari, Deputy Director of the PKPP (Credited Co-Curriculum Section).

Organizing the workshop can provide exposure and understanding to students regarding the management of official events in a professional, organized and ethical manner. Among the main contents of the workshop include event handling procedures, program management, guest of honor protocol, event hosting and dress etiquette. This workshop is also an effective training platform in strengthening students' communication and leadership skills.

Overall, this workshop can increase the level of thoroughness and preparation of students in carrying out protocol responsibilities when handling upcoming community programs. Apart from that, it also provides added value in character development and produces graduates who are holistic, ethical and disciplined.
