15 Mac 2025 - Co-Curriculum and Student Development Centre (PKPP) Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) successfully organised the 2025 Procedure Briefing Workshop which was held around the PKPP. Among them were, the PKPP Putra Hall, the PKPP Student Complex Lecture Room, and the PKPP Meeting Room. This workshop aims to provide exposure to all facilitators on various important aspects related to the operation of programs and classes at the PKPP.

The workshop was officiated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mohd Mursyid Arshad, Director of the UPM Co-Curriculum and Student Development Centre at the Putra Hall of the PKPP. Also present at the workshop was Ts. Dr. Rozzamri Ashari, Deputy Director of the UPM Co-Curriculum and Student Development Centre, Credited Co-Curriculum Section and managed together with a line of experienced Special Facilitators and other PKPP staff.

Among the matters discussed in this workshop were an introduction to the PKPP, the calendar for the upcoming semester, teaching rubrics and assessments, financial procedures, and the management of the Student Information System (SMP). In addition, all facilitators were also given explanations on other relevant guidelines and procedures to ensure the smooth implementation of programs and classes at the centre.

With the organization of this workshop, it is hoped that all facilitators will be more prepared and skilled in carrying out their duties more effectively, thereby contributing to improving the quality of education and student development.
