FAMILY GATHERING PKPP 2025

January 1, 2025 – The Welfare and Social Club (KKS) of the Center for Co-Curricular and Student Development at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) organized the 'Family Gathering PKPP 2025' held at Tower C, Conezion, IOI Resort City, Putrajaya. The program started at 2:00 PM with the theme 'White & Denim'. This program was officiated by Prof. Associate Professor. Dr. Mohd Mursyid Arshad, Director of the UPM Center for Co-Curricular and Student Development. In his opening speech, he emphasized the importance of programs like this in strengthening the bonds between club members and their families, as well as fostering a spirit of kinship and togetherness. He also congratulated the Welfare and Social Club for their efforts in organizing this meaningful event.

Welcoming remarks were also given by Mr. Dharull Naim Draman, as the Chairman of the Welfare and Social Club of the UPM Center for Co-Curriculum and Student Development. In his speech, he expressed gratitude to everyone who attended and supported this program. He also emphasized the importance of support and cooperation from all parties in making the club's programs successful. Mr. Dharull Naim Draman also hopes that events like this can be continued in the future to further strengthen familial ties and the spirit of togetherness among club members.

This event aims to strengthen the bonds between club members and their families through various interesting and interactive activities. Among the activities conducted were photo sessions, award presentations to PKPP staff, and karaoke. Everyone present also had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of food and drinks that were provided.

This program successfully achieved its goal of strengthening ties and fostering a spirit of family among the members of KKS, the Center for Co-Curricular Activities and Student Development at UPM, and their families. Indirectly, this program also serves as a platform to celebrate the New Year 2025 with beloved families. The presence of family members from various generations, including children and parents, adds to the festive atmosphere.

With the organization of events like this, it is hoped that the relationship between club members and their families will continue to be strong and harmonious, thereby contributing to the well-being of the UPM community. This program also demonstrates KKS's commitment to organizing beneficial and meaningful activities for all members. Through programs like these, KKS hopes to continue playing an important role in strengthening family bonds and fostering a spirit of togetherness among the UPM community.
