
February 19, 2025 – The Implementation Meeting of the Putra Mega Co-Curricular Carnival (MEGCO) 2025 was held at the Meeting Room of the Co-Curricular and Student Development Center, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). This meeting involved discussions between BRDB and Mega Zahran to deliberate on all aspects related to the organization of this prestigious event.

The purpose of this meeting was to develop an effective implementation strategy and discuss logistical aspects to ensure the smooth execution of MEGCO 2025. The discussion covered various key elements such as event scheduling, facility requirements, participant involvement, and safety aspects throughout the carnival. With meticulous planning, the organizers are confident that MEGCO 2025 will serve as a valuable platform for students to engage in co-curricular activities.

Also present at the meeting were Ts. Dr. Rozzamri Ashari, Deputy Director of the Co-Curricular and Student Development Center (PKPP), Credit Co-Curricular Course Section, and En. Mohd Hazrie Minhat, Head of the Credit Co-Curricular Course Section of PKPP. Their presence emphasized the importance of this program in enhancing students' character development and leadership skills.
Additionally, representatives from BRDB and Mega Zahran also attended the meeting, providing input and suggestions to improve the carnival's execution. Coordination among all involved parties is crucial to ensuring the success of MEGCO 2025, which is expected to attract widespread participation from students and external stakeholders.
