March 1, 2025 – The International Forum Putra Bakti@Youth Digital 2025 was successfully held at the TEGAS Digital Innovation Hub, Bintulu, Sarawak. Themed "Empowering Youth: Digital Forward!", this program was organized by students of QKK2101 Bakti Siswa (Group 2), Second Semester, Academic Session 2024/2025, Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Sarawak Campus (UPMKB) in collaboration with the Sarawak Youth Economic Foundation (TEGAS), the Co-curriculum and Student Development Center (PKPP) UPM, the Universitas Borneo University Consortium (KUUB), and Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship (YLE2025). The forum spanned two days, from March 1 to March 2, 2025.

The primary objective of this forum was to empower youth in the digital sphere and raise awareness about the importance of technological literacy in the modern world. Participants were exposed to various exciting topics, including digital marketing, artificial intelligence (AI), photography, career development, and digital design. The program aimed to nurture a tech-savvy and competitive generation in the digital era.

The event was officiated by Associate Professor Dr. Mohd Mursyid Arshad, Director of the Co-curriculum and Student Development Center, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), who also delivered the Forum Keynote Address titled "The Role of AI in Youth-Adult Partnership for Digital Literacy". In his speech, he emphasized the significance of artificial intelligence in strengthening the connection between youth and adults to enhance digital literacy among young individuals.

Throughout the program, participants had the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions with industry experts and participate in hands-on digital activities. Discussion sessions and workshops provided deeper insights into the practical applications of digital technology in daily life and career prospects in the digital field.

The International Forum Putra Bakti@Youth Digital 2025 received an overwhelming response from participants and invited speakers. With this success, it is hoped that more similar programs will be organized in the future to empower the younger generation in the digital field, in line with the rapid advancement of global technology.
