January 18, 2025 - The KUDAH (Kutip Sampah Sambil Riadah) program took place in Kampung Dato' Abu Bakar Baginda at 7:30 AM. This program was organized by the Ministry of Higher Education in collaboration with Sahabat Sungai Malaysia and the residents of Kampung Dato' Abu Bakar Baginda. Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) sent volunteers from the Kelab Insan UPM and SISPA UPM who were enthusiastic about contributing to the community. The program also included participation from other public universities such as Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM), and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

A total of 10 participants from Kelab Insan UPM and 15 participants from SISPA UPM, along with 2 accompanying officers from the Centre for Co-curriculum and Student Development, UPM, took part in the event. They worked together to collect trash while enjoying the activity, promoting awareness about cleanliness and health in the village area. This activity not only benefited the environment but also strengthened the relationship between the volunteers and the villagers.

The KUDAH program demonstrated the high commitment of the volunteers in providing support and contributions to the local community. Additionally, it raised awareness about the importance of maintaining a clean environment. The involved volunteers showed great enthusiasm and dedication in ensuring the village area was clean and safe to live in.

The program successfully had a positive impact and encouraged more individuals to participate in beneficial community activities. The success of this program was evident through the spirit of cooperation and unity shown by all parties involved. It is hoped that such activities will continue in the future to ensure the cleanliness and health of the community are always maintained.

With programs like KUDAH, it is hoped that more similar initiatives can be organized to increase social awareness and responsibility among the community. This program not only benefits the environment but also builds a strong spirit of volunteerism and cooperation among participants and the local community.
