

On 25 March 2025 - Pusat Islam Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang. The "Pengimaran Ramadan 1446H" program organized by the Universiti Putra Malaysia Islamic Center was successfully implemented. Officers and staff of the UPM Co-Curriculum and Student Development Center (PKPP) were also involved in participating in the bubur lambuk cooking activity slot to be distributed to UPM residents and the local community. The cooking activity was carried out at the UPM Mosque Kitchen which was also participated by the UPM University Counseling Division (BKU).


Prof. Dr. Arifin Abdu, Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni (TNC HEPA) also consoled those who were on duty cooking bubur lambuk. Also participating in this activity with the PKPP staff were Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd Mursyid Arshad, Director of PKPP UPM together with Ts. Dr. Rozzamri Ashari, Deputy Director of UPM Co-Curricular Activities (Credited Co-Curricular Section).

Overall, the participation of UPM's Co-Curricular Activities in the bubur lambuk cooking activity in conjunction with the "Pengimaranhan Ramadan 1446H" Program has strengthened the spirit of togetherness and strengthened the relationship between university staff and the local community. It is hoped that programs like this can be continued in the future to further instill the value of concern and charitable practices among UPM staff.
