

UPMS, 27 September 2025 – The Centre for Co-Curriculum and Student Development (PKPP), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) successfully organized a Train of Trainers (TOT) session for the implementation of the Student Professionalism Development Module (3P) at Universiti Putra Malaysia Sarawak (UPMS).
The TOT program was designed to equip Co-Curriculum Credit Course (KKB) facilitators at UPMS with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to effectively deliver the 3P Module. This initiative aims to ensure that the program is implemented smoothly while maximizing its impact on the holistic development of students at UPMS.
The session commenced with a briefing delivered by Mr. Dahlan Ismail Abu Bakar, Deputy Director of Student Development, PKPP UPM, who outlined the objectives, framework, and execution strategies for the 3P Module. His presentation emphasized the importance of facilitators in ensuring that the program’s content is delivered in an engaging and impactful manner. Also present was Ts. Dr. Rozzamri Ashari, Deputy Director of Co-Curriculum Credit, PKPP UPM, who expressed his support and commitment towards the successful implementation of the program.


The main TOT session was conducted by Nor Syazila Abd Rahim, a Special KKB Facilitator and trainer for the 3P Module, who shared her expertise and guided the facilitators through various approaches and interactive facilitation techniques. The training provided hands-on exposure and practical methods for enhancing student engagement and learning outcomes.
Overall, the TOT for the 3P Module served as a comprehensive training platform that strengthened the capacity of KKB facilitators at UPMS. This initiative not only ensures the smooth execution of the program but also enhances the facilitators’ ability to nurture students’ professionalism, leadership, and personal development.
