28 May 2025 - Courtyard by Marriott Kuala Lumpur South. The second session of the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Top Leadership PUBLIC Thinker Charisma Program was held with the title, MADANI Malaysia: Understanding the Nation.

This session featured Dato’ Dr. Haji Roslan bin Hussin, Director General of the National Academy of Malaysia, Prime Minister's Office, as the keynote speaker. The session was conducted with two moderators, namely Prof Dr Haslinda Abdullah, Director of the Institute of Social Science Studies UPM and Encik Fahmi Azar Mistar, Deputy Director of the UPM Co-Curricular and Student Development Centre.

Among the main contents of the program were a thought-provoking discussion session with national leaders and academic experts, a presentation of the university's strategic plan based on Madani values, and a reflective leadership workshop that emphasized aspects of empathy, social responsibility and transparency. This program also provided space for university leaders to integrate the Madani leadership approach in policies, governance and services to campus residents and the external community.

29 May 2025 - The forum themed 'The Core of the Knowledge Tower: Providing Services Beyond Expectations' was successfully implemented as the fifth session of the Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) Top Leadership PUBLIC Thinker Charisma Program.

The forum featured three panel members, namely Mr. Noor Amin Ahmad, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Malaysian Translation & Book Institute (ITBM); Mr. Namanzee Harris, Chief Executive Officer of TV AlHijrah; and Mr. Azmi Zainal, Chief Director of Farm Fresh Operations. The forum was moderated by Prof. Prof. Dr. Mohd. Mursyid Arshad, Director of the UPM Co-Curriculum and Student Development Centre (PKPP) as moderator.
