PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM OPENS UP CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR GRADUATES
Professional certification programs serve as a strategic tool to enhance graduate employability by equipping them with industry-relevant technical and soft skills beyond academic qualifications. While most graduates in technical fields find jobs aligned with their studies, a significant number remain unemployed, highlighting the need for added value through recognised certifications. However, challenges such as high costs, time constraints during studies, limited recognition, and lack of industry collaboration must be addressed. A more flexible and inclusive approach—through online modules, academic credit, and targeted financial support—is essential to ensure graduates are truly prepared for the evolving demands of the job market.
